Good morning and happy holidays! I received my results from my general practitioner yesterday and my cholesterol is elevated and I'm at 5.4 on my A1C so with that said looking to join a support group that can help me shred a few pounds and lower my cholesterol so that I don't have to go on any meds. Is this group still active?
