    Down 1.4# this week and was able to get my December Lifetime weigh in done already.

    Like Al, I got my December weigh-in done Thursday and weighed in as free lifetime. I was up 3.8 and in the Yellow zone, so I’ll be limiting myself to no more than ten points over my daily until next week.

    Onward and downward, right?
