Keto NyQuil?

Anyone know of a keto NyQuil? I have been doing keto for years but due to breast cancer treatment a couple years ago I stopped being so strict. Now I’m back at it! Anywho- I am having a hard time getting into ketosis so I decided to log EVERYTHING. Imagine my surprise when I logged zzzquil for my cold and saw it was 12 net carbs!? Anyone know an alternative? Thanks!

    Unfortunately I stumbled upon this due to having a terrible cold but figured I share with the group I bought both the liquid DayQuil and NyQuil but shortly after using them realized I should have looked up the carbs values. I found that DayQuil had 10g of carbs/tsp and NyQuil had 19g of carbs/tsp, with the serving size being 30ml, which translates to approximately 6 tsps. That's a crap ton of empty carbs, I've since replaced it pill form and found they work just as effectively. Hope this helps, go keto!!

    Most of the cough syrups don't do a whole lot to relieve symptoms anyway. I realized that when I had pneumonia and the doctor put me on a prescription cough suppressant. It actually worked, and within 15-20 minutes of taking it my cough was gone. Since then I tried over-the-counter stuff, and realized it simply doesn't work.
