So I'm 4 days late in getting started and I apoligize. the holiday and doing this stay at home mom thing has REALLY thrown off my game. But I'm back and focused and doing a daily update to challenge and engage everyone. If it works and people like it, we can do more.
I'll update this post each day with an exercise and engagement question. I'm afraid it may be tough to follow cause of the format of these message boards but we'll do our best.

Add 20 minutes of cardio to your regularly scheduled routine
How do you rate your energy level with a scale of 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest???
This morning I completed CLX Lean Circuit 3 so I'll be adding some swimming to my routine tonight...energy level is about a 6 today. I may need an extra cup of coffee!0
