I find that I can be "good" all week, but I often run out of steam by Thursday, and "allow" myself more snacking.1

It does, because Thursday evening is my weigh-in. I’m a bit more repetitive in my choices in order to eliminate any random variables at the scale.
Friday and Saturday are the last two days of my WW week, so if I have weekly points to burn that’s when I use them. Then Sunday is a new WW week, and I’m more frugal.
That sort of splurge and rebound isn’t necessarily what’s recommended, but it’s a pattern that works for me.1 -
Like Charlie, TOL and I weigh-in Wednesday AM, so breakfast (after meeting) through Sunday we are more lenient, then a vegetarian meal Monday, and a "careful" Tuesday.
We both need to crank down the snacks all week.1 -
Friday am is my WI so I tend to behave on Thursday. If I splurge it's usually on the weekend. So Thursday is sort of a milestone part of the week for me.0
