Freezing...

I'm overjoyed to be losing weight, but I've noticed that I'm getting REALLY cold in what I would have considered "brisk" temperatures just a few months ago. I used to sleep most of the year in a t-shirt and shorts, but last night it was cool, not cold, and I hauled my comforter out of summer storage and slept in long cotton pajamas.
I know that the fat has an insulating effect, but I didn't expect it to be this profound... Even before I put on the weight I never had run into this.
Has anyone else experienced this aversion to not-so-low temperatures?

last year when I lost 30 lbs I froze all of the time too. Not having the xtra layers of fat takes some adjusting!0

You may want to have your iron levels checked.
I am chronically anemic (taking approx 1200 in iron daily just to keep from passing out). When I dont keep up with my iron supplements, I find that I am always chilled to the bone.0 -
Yes!!! It was one of the first things I noticed when I lost 20-30 lbs. I freeze all the time!!!!!!! Even if its 100 outside and the thermostat is set to 75, if I'm just watching tv I have on socks and a blanket! Haha!0
