    For January I want to be consistent with workouts. At least 3 workouts a week

    I must get back to working out 3-4 days a week. Snacking at night has to stop.

    Kathy I am wanting the same things. Going to start a challenge in the app today. I am so sore still though.

    First day of the New Year gone. I got in 3 separate intentional moves today. One upper and lower body. Then a stepping workout and later treadmill.

    Nothing yesterday. Worked the commissioners meeting late.

    For January I really want to focus on eating high protein and low carb. Also want to make sure that I am exercising consistently even if I can only do something small.

    Karen funny. I was just getting ready to mention about about healthy late night snacks to help us sleep and not gain weight

    I did a 20 minute mostly all upper body weight workout

    This morning I did a lower back stretching exercise. I’m having lower back pain so thought it might help. My flexibility sucks for sure. Going to have to stretch more. Also did an arms workout along with 30 minutes on the recumbent,

    Kathy I can hardly keep my eyes open. Those were great workouts.

    That is great Kathy. I also need to focus more on nutrition. Hard when the cook does not see it as important. :s

    Did a Zumba workout for my cardio. Then an upper body.. I have to say pushups are also core.

    Did an Total upper body today. Lots of shoulder work. And twisting one arm side planks. Challenging.

    Today I did the second workout in the Strength challenge in fitOn. It was tough. Side planks with reach throughs. It also targeted abs.
