I've lost and gained 100 pounds three-four times in my adult life - you name the diet and I've done it including a gastric bypass.

This disorder for me comes out of a painful childhood.

Now I am having health issues and must start a "strict" anti-allergen eating program and the challenge of letting go of the binge-eating pattern is anxiety provoking.

I would love to chat with others.
