Getting back into good habits

I’m a 34 soon to be 35 year old, working on getting myself into shape and eating better. I’m working on going into law enforcement in the next couple of years at the latest currently working as a hospital security officer. I love what I do but we are gonna be going into being law enforcement soon and want to be ready for the change. I have a 9 year old son and have been married going on 10 years to my amazing wife. I enjoy being outdoors, hunting, fishing and camping. My favorite travel destinations are all in the south, best hospitality and food I’ve ever had, nothing beats a good old fashioned southern BBQ.
