    I'm down .8.

I'm happy with the loss but not with how I ate. My meals were too unplanned. In fact, they were rarely meals and more just cobbling things together. The good news is there was minimal junk food. But to get the long-term results I want, I need to have a bit more structure.

I have the mental energy to get a meal plan for the week, so I'm still feeling confident.

    Have a great weekend!

Down 0.8#, overall, since last Friday. Been down a pound less, and up 2.4, in the course of the week. Frustrating!

    Yo!

I'm down 0.6 pounds. I'm doing pretty well sticking to my plan (not perfect, but not terrible either). There was one day that was clearly "off-track," but other than that I did fine. I just have to be patient to start seeing the weight start to move more regularly.

Up 7.6 lbs. Fluid have gotten out out of control not to mention I've been eating all the wrong things including Chinese last night.

Pretty much where I was last week. My daily morning weigh-in Thursday was exactly the same as a week ago, so although WW says I’m up a little at the studio, I’m still right in the middle of my Green Zone. My food choices and activity were overall good, although there were some PayDay candy bars involved. Hey,I’m retired; it’s the only real PayDay I get now!

    Loosely related* . . .

I worked as a ballot clerk at Tuesday's primary, and got to meet Dean Kamen. If you don’t know the name, look up his Wikipedia entry. He's kinda the Mick Jagger of STEM people in my book. He invented the first portable insulin pump, the Segway, a wheelchair that climbs stairs, and he’s working on regenerative medicine now. I was kinda dazzled.

    * It’s related because my choices about activity were impacted by the fact I had to leave the house at 6:15 AM for Ballot Clerk work, so I only got in half my normal activity, which was a choice on my part to get up at 4:30 rather than 3:45 AM - but I did meet Dean Kamen!
