Hello I am Tamara live just outside of Nashville Tn, I stay busy working I pull about 60 hours a week. I try to eat healthy but because I work so long and much I snack more. I had both weight loss surgery’s. I was sleeved in 2020 and it caused severe heart burn, then I had bypass in 2022. I am currently 145 would like to get back to 134. Thanks for reading this.
