I'm up 0.6 pounds from last week. I'm actually a little frustrated, though I know I shouldn't be. I've been mostly on-my-plan for about three weeks, and am not really making any progress. I know I need to be patient, and I also know that "mostly" on-my-plan is not actually "fully" on-my-plan. Thus, I got the weigh-in I deserved, rather than the one I want.
The one area I've got to tighten-up on is Shabbat/weekend intake. We are supposed to have nice meals in honor of Shabbat, but I've got to learn how to enjoy a nice meal while still limiting my intake. It's amazing to me how one day of indulgence can destroy 5-6 days of appropriately-limited intake.
In other news, my exercise plan is going well and I'm enjoying the consistency of running M-F.

I'm up 0.6# also. Too many snacks, including apples.1

Reflecting, I'm sure, on my lack of WL focus: I forgot to weigh in. I'll do it tomorrow. Expecting a slight increase.0

Down 11 lbs this week. Focus is what I've been doing this week. Plus I have some supplements and other weight control items.

I'm down a whopping .2 pounds. 😁
I actually had a good week in that all of my meals were at home and prepared by me except for a planned bday dinner for a friend where I ate sensibly. On the downside I ate some allergen foods and have some inflammation/pain as a result. I also didn't eat enough vegetables. Junk food was minimal. But I'm heading in the right direction in terms of feeling like I'm getting things back under control. My goal this week is most meals at home and more veggies.
Have a great weekend!3 -

So all is essentially fine on the weight front. I weighed in February 1st in the Green Zone, and in general had a good week in terms of food choices and such - up a little, but not unexpected.3

I'm down .6, which is encouraging. Gotta keep working the plan!3
