I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, and am after some recipes to help lower my blood pressure

High Blood Pressure:
Eat:
Citrus and berries
Celery
Turmeric (with black pepper)
Omega-3 fatty acids
• Wild caugt fish esp salmon
Low fat yogurt
Bananas
Leafy greens
Beets
Garlic
Sweet potatoes
Oatmeal
Avocado
Broccoli
Peaches and nectarines
Kiwi
Unsalted pumpkin seeds
Dark chocolate but most have lead Ghiradelli has lower lead content
Pistachios
Pomegranates
Olive oil (extra virgin, cold pressed, organic, sold in dark bottle) Olive oil has a low flash point so don’t use for high temperature cooking. Use it for low temperature cooking or raw.,
Do:
Exercise
Get at least 7 hours of sleep up to 9 hours for some
Avoid eating or doing:
Smoking
Salt intake
Reduce alcohol
