I'm down 1.8 pounds this week. I think patience is paying off. I've been sticking with my plan pretty well for the past few weeks, and both last week and this week I had significant losses. Now just to stick with it, right?
I was somewhat under the weather this week with a flu-like illness. I still managed to get out and run every morning, but I was so fatigued that I ended up sleeping away much of the week on the couch. I feel a lot better today, so hopefully it's passed.
Other than that, keep on swimming...

I'm up .6 pounds.
It was generally a good week, so I'm considering today's weigh-in a normal fluctuation, especially after a big loss last week. All meals were cooked at home. I helped with a celebration of life get- together on Saturday and consumed more sweets than I've been allowing myself/than I think I ought to have in a week. I took leftovers to neighbors to get rid of temptation. I'm going to focus hard on getting more vegetables this week.
Have a great weekend!

I was up into the Yellow Zone this week at weigh-in. That’s a combination of Backyard Brewery Monday night, and Cotton on Valentines Day Wednesday before a Thursday weigh-in. So, I’m not on bread and water, but until I weigh in at a studio in the Green Zone I’m limiting myself to the WW “healthy eating range”. That means no more than ten points over my daily allowance on any given day. (There’s a minimum as well, but that’s never come into play for me.)0
