Where have you made a little progress over the past week? What are you anticipating as the big result?

My "little progress" every day is my ongoing attempts to stick to my plan a bit better than I have in the past. Each day I "win" the battle against after dinner snacking (and alcohol) is a small victory. However, I'm sure that if I can keep at it, I will see the big result of getting my weight back to where I'd like it to be.1

My little progress was tightening-up my tracking. Hopefully the big result will be a steady move down the scale.0

Not just this week, but I’ve made progress in my tracking over time. It’s not always pretty, but it gives me peace of mind to feel I’m being accountable about my choices.0

I’ve stuck to my exercise program. Nothing teaches incrementalism as well as exercise does. But I’m not anticipating a big result. Don’t really need one.1
