Hello, how do you carb cycle in simple terms 😂

Assign days: Monday low carb, Tuesday medium, Wednesday high, Thursday medium, Friday high, Saturday medium, Sunday low, and repeat. I try to eat more healthy fat to replace carbs on medium and low days. I just guessed my first 3 weeks and is been working. Joined here to better track and watch nutrition. Someone else please add our suggest something so I know this group is alive and well!
