So disappointed with myself but I won't lie it has been a week full of bad choices, I wasn't well so exercised less and MFP went down and I couldn't track my calories for a couple of days (had to delete the app and download again) hopefully this is the kick in the butt I need to refocus myself and do better next week. Sorry to let the team down3 -

I've been putting my weight here every week but not actually part of the stats But I'm ready to be part of everything again.
I went through IVF (4 frozen transfers) since June but unfortunately they all failed. Taking a break from it all and focusing on losing some weight.3 -

Hi all - Sorry, I’ve been MIA. I’m in SoCal with my daughter looking at colleges, and we had Snowmageddon in Colorado as I was leaving. (Had to change my flights to avoid it!) I’ll be more active this next week. Can’t wait to get back home and pick up my dumbbells again. (Although, I’ve been doing a ton of walking!)2
