Insanity/Running Hybrid - Anyone Else?

I am a runner just coming off an injury so I'm mixing Insanity with running. I found a great program online that sets a schedule I would have probably created myself if I hadn't already found this online.
Basically I run 3X a week, do Insanity 3X a week and do restorative yoga 1X per week.
Anyone else with a similar plan?
I missed running so much I couldn't just do Insanity and I like the variety.

Yeah I'm doing something like this - running 2-3 times per week (between 6-10k each time) and Insanity 6 days a week. Meaning that some days I am doing both! I'm on my second round of Insanity now, the first round was started in Jan and eventually finished in May due to not sticknig to the schedule tightly enough. My goal now is to stick to it 100%, 6 days a week. On Week 2 now and so far so good.
Also doing daily weights session (about 15 mins) and am also working through 30-day Abs and 30-day Arms programmes in parallel.
Pretty full on, but the benefits are more than worth the effort! The pounds are melting away and I feel so fit, healthy and happy.0 -

I'm planning on following the Insanity program as closely as possible. Today was my first day and I didn't feel like the fit test was enough honestly, so I went out and ran 1.5 miles as well. Honestly, your schedule sounds awesome and I'm sure you'll see results from it. Good luck!0
