I didn't enter my food until this evening but I suck!! I tried to change my macro nutrients to pretty close to what I thought it should be for Atkins but of course you can only do it in increments of 5.

I was under on my carbs but it looks like I ate too much protein and didn't get near enough fat.

It has been years since I done it and I didn't have any tools like this to help me monitor.

I am beyond frustrated...any suggestions?

  • what percent are you macro nutrients set at?

    no wonder I lost weight before b/c I didn't eat hardly any calories

    My macros are set @ 10-20-70 (C-P-F). I set my calories at 1700 but I usually am around 1500.

    Avoid chicken breast, it's rubbish for Atkins as it is too migh in protein and low in fat.

    Legs / thighs with the skin on, maybe. Breast ? no.
