Hi! I'm new to the group

I'm also new to IF. I started a little over a week ago. Down 7 1/2 lbs my first week. I'm on a 16:8 schedule although I often do 17:7. That's just the way it works out. I only have a few lbs to lose. I started out at 320 lbs and am now 160ish. Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
