Today's Topic: Reqrets!, I've had a Few, there doubts along the way but through it all I did it my way.🎶
Not to bring music lyrics in this picture but Sinatra had it pretty right with this song in my opinion.

I have to get up every morning and erase the thought of yesterday when it comes to diet. Nothing will change a thing once it goes down the throat.

MTBC I like it when Greg post that although I haven't been participating lately for the obvious reasons.

Do you feel like your doing it your way? Or The way you think it's suppose to be by the experts.🤔 (Whoever they are)

I Circle back and join this discussion later but suffice to say right now I'm doing it by way. Believe it or not it seems to be working. We'll see as time goes on.

I suspect we all do it our own way. Heck, even Jeanne Neidich started WW because she wanted to lose weight her way!

For me, that’s why WW works. It gives me a framework to make choices rather than a set of hard and fast rules I must follow. I use WW, but my decisions vary all the time. I’m not a purist about any of it; like a bad golf course, I’ve got lots of “local rules” that deviate a bit.

When I started WW I began thinking of myself as a sort of scientist. My area of study was me on WW. No one else was going to go into this field. I had it all to myself. I could read & study WW, go to the meetings and do all the steps but how I was going to react was personal to me.

So what the experts say has limited value. There are a number of sound ways to lose weight. They all involve eating less. They all seem to involve an element of thinking we aren’t limiting ourselves. And in order to work we have to live with them long enough to get results. The living part is purely personal. No expert can help.

Note- the WW take on no limits was “you can eat anything you want.” In Keto it’s as much as you want of the right food. Then there’s intermittent fasting- as much of anything I want in the designated hours.
