Hey guys , I’m a husky gentleman in California working out every day and starting off into cardio and jogging , follow or interact . I’m could use the support and feedback from fellow men .

    Miguel - if you are going to start running, I highly recommend using the C25K program (couch to 5k). It slowly ramps you up from short walks and runs to where you are running for about 30 minutes straight. It is the best way to go, IMO. Good luck.
