Reestablishing Goals

We all need a little jump start. I was thinking I need to re-establish my goals so I don't forget. I am feeling challenged, but still determined. Off track, on track no matter what the goal still remains the same to lose weight without being on a diet, but rather stay below my calorie count and continue to exercise an hour a day. What's your current goal?
