Back to it this morning. I don't have hand held weights but I do have resistance bands so I used them today to do the bicep curls. Really made a difference. I've found some really interesting exercises using resistance bands, so I may incorporate these into my workout routine in future.

Day 5 in the bag. I had to split up the dips today. I really hope I see some great improvements in those triceps, because they are WEAK!0

Day 5 done! I am trying to go with more bicep curls because my weights are just 6lbs each (when at the gym I use 10lbs). Fun challenge, but those dips are ouch, ouch, ouch...0
