Well, I cannot say I am 100 % yet. Still have lack of backward mobility in my shoulder after PT and twinges of sciatica yet. But yesterday I took Brinkley out on trail for the first time since the beginning March. He was in his glory and we did over a two mile loop. It’s a start.

@Clepant - I'm glad you are getting out and getting Brinkley out. I'll both of you really needed the mental health break being outside. Sorry you're not progressing faster. That is a HUGE frustration. I'm fortunate to always heal quickly. I still can't raise up on my right foot but I can on both feet. I found I can switch to MTB pedals so I can move the pedal back almost into the arch of my foot and take most of the pressure off the tendon. Now if I could just get my new MTB pedals to send power readings to my Garmin head unit.1

And that's goal for me. 50/50 This challenge really makes me stay on top of things. When I had barely moved half way through the month I thought I would never make it but I made a plan and did the work.
