@Janet - You just told me that the Garmin screen update isn't a Beta anymore. I just got the notice the Beta testing done and now I'm trying to figure out the new screen as well. :scream: I need to figure out how to get things on and off the screen. Some of the stuff on the new screen is useless to me.

When you figure it out let me know! I don't need my "Body Battery" in the top line, whatever that is. But now that I know my MTD miles are on the bottom of the calendar page I can at least live with it.

@Dean: agree with Dave, you are really getting back in the groove.
Well, I cannot say I am 100 % yet. Still have lack of backward mobility in my shoulder after PT and twinges of sciatica yet. But yesterday I took Brinkley out on trail for the first time since the beginning March. He was in his glory and we did over a two mile loop. It’s a start.

I am finally back in the green! I wasn't sure I could make my goal after spending half the month on the road, but looking good at the moment.

@Clepant - I'm glad you are getting out and getting Brinkley out. I'll both of you really needed the mental health break being outside. Sorry you're not progressing faster. That is a HUGE frustration. I'm fortunate to always heal quickly. I still can't raise up on my right foot but I can on both feet. I found I can switch to MTB pedals so I can move the pedal back almost into the arch of my foot and take most of the pressure off the tendon. Now if I could just get my new MTB pedals to send power readings to my Garmin head unit. :frowning:

And that's goal for me. 50/50 This challenge really makes me stay on top of things. When I had barely moved half way through the month I thought I would never make it but I made a plan and did the work.
    Thanks everyone for the accountability.

Happy Birthday to my pup, Brinkley. Today, he turned 1.5 years old and last week earned his Novice Tricks Title.
It was a blazing 82° today. Too hot too soon.

CONGRATULATIONS because that's GOAL for @KAR328!! :drinker:

No, this is not a ghost....it's me, Dave. Been doing okaaaay, just super busy with work and dealing with a challenging kid. Wasn't leaving a whole lot of time or energy for much else. Sorry to @Janet and all of you for being AWOL the last week and a half. Thank you, @JANET, for holding the fort down. :flowerforyou:

Whew 125.6 miles this month and I don't have to pedal out the miles tonight on my birthday!!! 54 young. Feeling better than I did in my 40s when I was heavier. Looking forward to May
