Rather than new boundaries, I have recently strengthened an old boundary that has always been "porous" for me: I am now sticking to the boundary of no alcohol and snacks during the week. Indeed, this now also includes Saturday night and Sunday (Saturday night might represent a new boundary).2

I try to set boundaries around the fridge but consistently breach them late in day.1

My shock collar shorted out.2

I’ve been doing well while traveling with the boundary of “two for fuel; one for food” - which allows for the occasional pizookie.1

I've learned but to set any type of boundaries for DW. In face In an enabler. When I enable her I'm also enabling myself which is a huge problem for me. I just can't deny her anything she wants it what makes her happy ie chocolate nuggets or any special ice cream.
So I have to set my own boundaries and put my big boy pants on.1
