    I've tried to take advantage of every opportunity to get some steps in. Parking at the perimeter of the store parking lot. Taking the dogs for a walk. Walking around often in the house . ( I like Al's 250 steps per hour system) Using a step platform. Marching in place while standing in line at the store ( Just kidding! although I do often surreptitiously stand on one leg, then the other for balance exercise)
