Hi Ladies!!!

Looking for accountability here! I’m trying out IF to reduce body fat percentage and to increase muscle mass. I’m almost 46 and despite being active my metabolism has slowed to a standstill. I want to try something different not only to help with the remaining weight but for a renewed focus/cleansing. I’ve just read several books by Dr. Fung and I’m totally in need of motivation and accountability. Super pumped to get started Monday!
