In my case (age 75), over a a six month period I gained 6 lbs of muscle, while doing strength training and eating about about a gram of protein per kilogram of body weight daily.

Hmm - maybe I just commented in the protein powder thread. I’m gettin 100-120 grams per day on average, so I suspect I’m okay.0
