I'm down 1 pound. Last weight I had a gain, but this week that gain is gone, and I've lost a little bit more. I'm making slow but steady progress towards my target weight...I'm within the final 5 pounds of planned loss. Whoo hoo.

This past week had a couple of challenges. We were at a wedding on Sunday night, and then hosted an evening to celebrate the bride and groom (translated as, we did a lot of l'chayims and had snacks widely available). I guess the rest of the week provided sufficient balance to end with a loss, but I won't be too surprised if I show a gain next week (I often think that "actual" weight changes lag behind one's intake by a week or two).

Anyway, just trying to keep sticking to my plan.

    182/133.4/146

Way to go Steve and Al. I'll keep the string of losses going with a 1.2 pound loss this week. Like Steve, I'm getting close to my goal weight.

Way to go Steve, Al and Phil!

I'm up .6 and fine with it. Between traveling for a funeral and the eclipse, I ate more snacks than usual. I did okay during the funeral weekend but didn't make the time to get a good plan for the eclipse and ended up eating more snacks, including some allergen foods. My body (and brain) feel it.

I'm definitely ready get back to a more structured plan.

Up 2.4 lbs. Quite a jump and on top of an increase last week. Must get a grip on my attitude.

    I’m up and happy.

I left 3/27 for a road trip - hotels, meals out or on the road, and family stays. This trip, my plan was to use “two for fuel, one for food”. That means I was committing to having two meals a day that were about staying on plan, and limiting my indulgences to one meal in a given day. Came back 4/8 in the evening, so about two weeks. Yesterday morning, I weighed two pounds more than I did the morning we left on vacation. I consider that a win. Also, I weighed in at a WW studio for the month of April on 4/1 while traveling, and was under my goal weight. My weigh-in last night at my home studio was over my goal, but still within the “free Lifetime” range.

Hence “up and happy” - particularly because I’m also trending back down as I settle back into my routine.

Up half a pound. Normal variation as I'm gradually trending down month to month.
