Not sure if this group is still active. I retired in 2020 and am finally settled in an apartment where I am happy; done unpacking boxes and slowly finding my new groove. The kitchen is available all day and night so I need new habits. Must curb the snacking at night and get more exercise each day. Looking forward to sharing ideas.
