✈️DESTINATION - Niagara Falls, Canada 6,000 Miles - Do’s & Don’ts & Freggies

The challenge begins on Saturday morning. Exercise & Do’s & Don’ts & Freggies done before SATURDAY DOES NOT COUNT!!!!

Niagara Falls is a stunning natural wonder straddling the border between the USA and Canada. Witness one-fifth of the world's freshwater crashing down to the basin below. There are various ways to experience the majestic sights and sounds of the Falls - from the air, from the water, the bridge, and various viewpoints in both countries - a helicopter ride, observation deck, boat, jet ski, or walk the area.

The water cascades 614 feet down Niagara Gorge, and getting splashed at Niagara Falls is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and it’s a thrill to be in the rainbows created by the swirling mists of the Falls!

A cliffside park features a promenade alongside Skylon Tower. Enjoy great food at the revolving Skylon Tower Restaurant, 775 feet above the Niagara River. You will have a bird's eye view of the 3 falls, the Canadian Horseshoe Falls (the largest), the American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and have an 80 mile vista - Niagara wine district, the dazzling cityscape below, historical landmarks, and the Toronto and Buffalo skylines.

Bring your passport so you can enjoy the views from both sides of the Falls. The walk across the Rainbow Bridge is amazing and gives you a wide shot of the Falls and best of all it only costs $1! On the US side the Cave of the Winds is one of the most unique viewpoints. Here you descend in an elevator 175 feet into the Niagara Gorge to experience the power of the falls mid-flow from the Hurricane Deck. You'll be given a rain poncho because you will get wet.

Niagara Falls will dazzle and thrill you!

📝Living the Good Life - Do’s & Don’ts & Freggies

We each have our own Do’s and Don’ts for Good Health, Healthy Weight Loss or Healthy Weight Maintenance. From experience we know that some of our habits bring us closer to our goals, and some habits self sabotage our efforts. This week pick ONE of YOUR most important daily To Do’s and ONE of YOUR most important daily Don’ts. For To Do’s choose something that you know works for you, something simple and achievable, that you should be doing daily. Reinforce/build that habit now. Don’ts - choose something you know from experience gets you off track and further from your goals. What could cause you to be unhappy with your next weigh-in?

Example of Daily Do’s – calorie tracking, 8 hours sleep, 5 freggies, measure portions, pre-track meals and adjust as needed, control portions, 3 meals a day, 4 – 8 glasses of water, daily walk, meal planning, stick to your diet, more protein, more fiber, burn more calories than you consume.

Example of Don’ts – no seconds, no skipping meals, no eating after dinner, no high calorie beverages, no desserts, no processed foods, no adding salt at the table, no fast food, no candy, no chips, or no junk food at all, no sleeping in.

FYI it is easier to make a new habit than to change an old habit ie. “People tell me all the time, well I’m just not a morning person. You hate waking up because you go to bed way too late... Ryan Serhant. New habit go to bed earlier and you should naturally wake up earlier. “Take control of your habits. Take control of your life.”

Your Do's & Don'ts are personal to you, your choice but something you will strive for each day.

Please share your Do's & Don'ts on your team chat.

✔️To score points this week

1. Stick to your Do's 5 points, Stick to your Don’ts 5 points Daily maximum 10 points.
2. Each serving of fruit or vegetable = 2 points to a maximum of 10 points per day.
