Hello Everyone!
2 months post gastric bypass. Down 32 lbs. on the 4th stage of diet. Nervous I won’t make good choices and won’t continue to lose weight.

hi. I had wls 2/29. Im also down 32lbs. I feel like weight loss has slowed down and Im getting a little nervous. I hear trust the process, follow what you're supposed to do, and I do, but its still slow.0
