how much fat?

I started yesterday and I do not believe I got enough fat. I know we are not supposed to count calories but my calorie count was low yesterday too.

Any suggestions?

    My ideas on how to eat more fat:
    - add at least a teaspoon of olive oil or coconut oil to each meal
    - peanut butter
    - look for cheese that would have more fat than proteins
    - instead of chicken fillets choose pork or beef. Chicken fillets have a lot of proteins and almost no fat.
    - eat salmon for a change ( grill it and serve with olive oil and lemon )
    - whipped cream ( no sugar added) as a dessert
