@minstrelofsarcasm and @melaniedscott I’ve decided I need to take a bit of time off from F2F. Hopefully after some time away I’ll return, but for now please take me off the list of regulars in our WeightNoMore Team. Thanks

    You will definitely be missed!

Woohoo! I'm finally under 200. I have not seen this number in almost 4 years as my little one turned 3 in January.

I don’t know how this happened, but I’m not mad at it! I know I’ve been keeping a bigger calorie deficit because I said I wanted to go hard for the month of May and get under 200 by my birthday (the 26th).

I’m still working out consistently and eating around 1400ish cals a day. But this week I’ve gone back to consistently keeping with IF and spreading out my calories throughout the day if I can manage to so I don’t come home from work and snack because I’m hungry.
I’ve avoided most of my cheats that I’ve been letting myself get away with the last month or so and it’s definitely reflected that on the scale this week!

I changed my eating this past week big time. I go to the dr on Tuesday to confirm but I might be diagnosed as pre-diabetic. My blood sugar has been higher than it should be

Our bolded members set a step goal for the week and met it! As always, if you want to... be bold (heehee), let us know how many steps you want to hit every day on average and we'll keep track of it for you! Most of us actually increased our steps this first week of May's challenge.

And a big shout out to @OllieAndEd2021! First week back in the walking challenge and already top 3!

We broke 2 MILLION steps last month. Do we have a goal for May or do we want to focus on our frenemy challenges?

This looks like a strong start for the month. We will really miss @daria0919 !

Slow progress once again. Record steps and minimal weight loss whilst eating within calorie deficit 🤔

I’m going to eat much cleaner this week - as although I’m within calls, my water intake could be better and my sugar intake could be lower. I’ll address these and see what happens…
