But, I did it, rather wobbly at first and overly careful 😅 The obstacles that came my way were like out of a slap-stick comedy, such as a football rolling in front of me and a little boy chasing it 🙈 Anyway, it was all in slow motion and no-one was hurt.
@BodyTalking - I love when life gets a little cartoonish, keeps things light! Great ride! How are you feeling after it?My steps were not that bad this week. I’m hoping I can keep it up. I did walk twice on the treadmill last week but my feet are paying the price now. I think I’m going to go get new sneakers. I haven’t been fitted for sneakers in a while, see what I can get to help. I am going to a new dr for the nerves pinching in my back and causing me issues with my left side so hopefully that will be helpful.
@ljdanny - I got new sneakers a couple weeks back, and I am AMAZED at the difference it has made so far. Here's hoping they do the same for you!2 -

I don’t know how this happened, but I’m not mad at it! I know I’ve been keeping a bigger calorie deficit because I said I wanted to go hard for the month of May and get under 200 by my birthday (the 26th).
I’m still working out consistently and eating around 1400ish cals a day. But this week I’ve gone back to consistently keeping with IF and spreading out my calories throughout the day if I can manage to so I don’t come home from work and snack because I’m hungry.
I’ve avoided most of my cheats that I’ve been letting myself get away with the last month or so and it’s definitely reflected that on the scale this week!
You're almost to onederland too! I finally started back to run/walk.0 -

Thanks @minstrelofsarcasm 😊 I feel fine, it was an intrepid 'gently does it' type of a ride. I'm just glad that I had the courage to get on and stay on. I think I'll get some elbow pads as well because it felt like it would only be a matter of time before I took a tumble.1

@ljdanny I bought Skechers i-conik trainers last month and they are perfect. I hope your new sneakers help with your back problems xx1

A rainy day meant that I could go to the park and enjoy being on a bike without all those pesky people 😅
I felt much more confident today and found myself smiling every now and again as I picked up speed and kept a straight line.
