Ate healthy until the ice cream. A welcome break, and still 10 calories under goal.
No exercise. I was ready for a rest day. Another one today.
No declutter.
Slept 7 hours last night. No pills. Not sick. Just 7 restful, peaceful, blissful hours sleep.0 -

Water aerobics and the heat are getting the best of me. I sat in my recliner watching TV, exhausted, nearly all day. Only 3 water aerobics sessions next week instead of 6 because of July 4th. I need the break!0 -

@GrandmaJackie I hope your journey from Washington is going/went well! That’s quite a change. San Antonio is a lovely place. I’ve only been there once, but we loved the River Walk. Best Mexican food!
@Corina1143 , I love that you’re tracking your bedtime. That’s a great idea. I have recently set my iPad to go into Downtime at 9:30. It can be annoying, but it is helping me to get to bed earlier instead of playing one more game…2 -
