    Hi Nafia!
Carb cycling is great because diminished carbs can leave you tired and lethargic. By cycling carbs into your diet it gives you a little reprieve from the glycogen depletion that can cause tiredness. We can discuss your goals more if you'd like. Let me know how I can help. Coach Liv

I’m a habitual yo-yo dieter. My body likes being in the 150s. When it starts creeping into the low 160s, I start logging and losing. Then, when I hit 148, my body plateaus. I’ve been stuck at 148 for 23 days. Some days I struggle to get 1200 calories. My goal is 120g protein, but I’m happy if I get at least 100. If I eat a sandwich, it’s easy to get my 25g of fiber. If not, it’s a struggle.
It’s not a problem for me to get 10-20K steps daily, but I can’t seem to get motivated for strength training/body weights. How can I unblock this plateau. I keep just doing and hoping my body will just catch up.
