I am re-starting and would like to post daily here and reach out to others. My problem is wheat flour and that triggers me. I need to do step 1 again to admit there is a problem as often there is a disconnect between my mind and how my body reacts. I think I can calorie count like everybody else, but when I have wheat flour in the morning or afternoon it triggers compulsive eating and a big appetite which means I end up over eating up to 3,000 calories in a day.
