Interesting review of an early study into the subject.

Interesting article. This is the first I've read about omega 3/6 ratio. I take an omega 3 supplement and eat canned salmon or tuna on toast every morning. One thing to keep in mind is that omega 3 supplements have not been shown to have benefit for heart health.

I get my Omega-3s via ground flax seed (daily) and sort of nut, usually walnuts. I do eat the occasional fish, as well - salmon, sardines, or tuna.

I, too, eat ground flax seed meal for Omega 3s
