Easy Peasy Whole Wheat Flat Bread

1c. whole wheat flour
1/2c. Greek yogurt
1tsp. salt
1TB. Extra Virgin Olive Oil plus extra drizzle for resting

Toss all ingredients into a mixing bowl and keep your bottle of oil out.
Cut with a dough cutter.
Once thoroughly incorporated, form into a ball and drizzle olive oil over to cover (keeps from drying out, may substitute with spray oil to reduce calories) cover bowl with a bread cloth or saran wrap and let sit for at least 30 mins., up to 24 hours on the counter, up to 3 days in the fridge or up to a month in the freezer (thaw 12 hours in advanced on counter.

Rolls out into Naan, pita, pizza crust or a stuffed bread.
