Hi, everyone. This has been a super busy day for me and I still have things I have to do. But I wanted to take just a moment to log in and post my weight (which has bounced around all week with a low of 129.8 and a high of 132). I also wanted to post my 7-day averages before I lose track of those (steps = 10,391 and kcals burned = 1,678).
Hopefully, I'll get some time tomorrow to fill you in on all that is going on here. Seems we've all hit a busy time. And it didn't even occur to me that we're fast approaching Memorial Day weekend until some friends called to invite us for a cookout on Monday! I swear, 2024 has just been the strangest year.
