Hi just like to introduce my self .
My name is sunshine and need to for my health get going to loose 4 stone this year .
For health reasons and to fwwl better about myself .
I have in the past lost 9stone 9lb but unfortunately put 4 back on since covid and menopause.
Be good to chat to like minded people and get a little insight what you all do to keep your steps up and what calorie deficit you all do.
Please feel free to come at me with some good tips to stay on the right road.
