I was up .8 lb, and completely understand why. I've kept my focus on eating the healthy main course meals on my plan, but I haven't had the same discipline for between meal and late evening snacking. That's a good way to sabotage a lot of hard work, so I'm committing to doubling down on discipline.
A reminder to myself: discipline is lots and lots of little daily decisions, not an overarching super shield.0 -
Down 0.2 I'm in treading water mode. Same as Brian: Discipline is many little daily decisions.1

I am back in my Green Zone as of Thursday night's official Studio weigh-in, and my 14 day average daily weight is also back within Green. I’ve decided to apply both tests, but I'm tinkering with the implementation approach on the average. If I’m over at the Studio, then it’s Yellow (or Red!) until I weigh in below that at the Studio. I’m thinking that any time the fourteen day daily average gets into Yellow I’ll consider myself bound by my Yellow eating plan until that average is back in Green. In other words, the two approaches won't necessarily synch up in time. I don’t think that’s an issue, but I’ll live with it for a while.
More to the point, I’m hoping the inclusion of the average will curtail the “live on the edge, then dive for the weekly weigh-in” that I seem to have been doing.2 -
Down 0.8 pounds. Still working on how to level-off in maintenance. I'm at a good weight now.0

You and me Brother.
Made "official weigh-in on Wednesday. TOL's happy I'm not costing her money, for another month.
In the FWIMBW department, was down 0.2# Friday-Friday.
