Emotional eating? I've got it. Now how to get rid of it?!

Hello, just joined. In 2022 and into 2023, I managed to get my weight down to 10 pounds over my goal. I was doing so good. I was active. I was walking the neighborhood, going on hikes, going line dancing. I felt great! Then I met a man. He broke my heart on Valentine's Day 2023 and I've spiraled. Gained all the weight I had lost and more. I was going strong on Keto, but when we broke up, I was eating all the things not allowed on Keto and could not even stop when I was full. I just craved all that comfort food. Finally, I am in a good place again, and starting over. Not going Keto again though. Just trying to watch my intake. Here for tips on staying strong.
