Being Busy during the day. We often say where does tfe time go? I can't believe a week has gone by so quickly.
So are you the person that plans for that busy day food wise?
Or Are you that person that just reacts and grabs something on the go and deals later with the choice of foods you wish you hadn't made.

I don't know if I'd say I plan, but instead I generally fall back on my routine. If I know I'm not going to be at home, I'll usually pack my lunch, or dinner. As an example, last night I was at a training thing, and packed along a turkey wrap and an apple for myself. To be fair, keeping kosher means that grabbing random food on-the-go isn't a great option, but as my wife and I said to each other while we were away last weekend, keeping kosher means that you're not tempted by all of the random food that gets presented to you all day (we were at our son's graduation and all of the receptions had pastries and other snacks).
Committing to eating food from home has really simplified my WW life!1 -
I'm retired and have a less busy life than when I was a working stiff. That makes it much easier regardinging food choices. Even so, I occasionally make some poor choices. My calorie base is lower as I've aged, and it is easy to exceed it.0

I will plan for some anticipated “out of routine” days, but mostly it’s about sliding around what I eat and when. As a rule, I’m confident I can usually find something that works even when out of routine. I mean, the solution doesn’t have to be McDonalds; it can be Subway.
But the reality is that I don’t have to be busy to make poor choices, and if I’m not focused on make good choices being busy is immaterial.1 -
I food prep on Sunday afternoons. I don't fix specific meals, per se; rather, I fix food components, which I can put together in different ways to get different meals. Breakfast is an exception. I usually have steel cut oats with berries and, perhaps, a breakfast sandwich/burrito, though not always.
This saves me a lot of time during the week.0
