The OALs have decided to go back to the original 8 weeks starting with the 2024 Summer Challenge. The 10 week challenge received mixed reviews but the deciding factor was the necessary time between challenges to set up the next challenge. There is so much work done behind the scenes that team members are unaware of. Your team leaders need time to relax and plan for each season.
There will no longer be an organized IBC. Each team will decide what they want to do for accountability during the break.
