I personally have been doing the following:
1. I eat low calorie fruit in between meals like melons and cucumber.
2. I double/triple the amount of lettuce on my dishes and in my salads for a low calorie way to feel fuller.
3. I eat lots of salsa. I add a good bit to my chips and dishes to feel fuller and it’s very low calorie.
4. I eat more pickles and add them to my dishes.
5. I use mustard to make sauces and I put it on my food since it has no calories.
