Hello my name is Gencarol but most people call me Ginger. I’m new to the group but not to My Fitness Pal. I have loss my target weight and I so excited! Any suggestions on maintaining my weight loss, good recipes, exercises etc.

Hii Ginger, Congratulations on meeting your goal!! Thank you for joining the group. Do you calorie count or stay mindful of how many calories you consume? I know a lot of people who gain all or some of their weight back because they stop being mindful of their diet even when staying active.0
