Monday Again

It’s a new week! Started walking on my treadmill again today. So far I’ve got 10 minutes in. 5% incline at 3.0mph. I’m going to do this 2 or 3 times a day (after each meal). I’ve got a lot of loose skin on my legs, trying to tone them up to see if it helps. Any other recommendations from you all?

    Good morning, @ginadacat do you have access to a rower? I find that to be good for the legs and the body overall. I usually walk almost everyday or spin good luck

    I don’t. Wish I did tho! But even if I could get one, I really don’t have anywhere to put it.

    Monday again! At least no unbearable heat and humidity this week in NY, stay safe if you still are experiencing intense heat. One more full work week then a 4 day holiday thank you July 4.
